The wall and wizard of oz

is it true that if u play the entire "the wall" album and turn it on at like the perfect time during the wizard of oz, i guess theres some crazy timing thing where it all goes the same, does anyone kno how to do this?
 
not the wall, dark side of the moon.

and echoes works with the last 15 or so minutes of the old movie '2001: a space odyssey'
 
Yeah your supposed to start on like the 3rd lion roar. I'm not sure though. When I did it didn't work. Maybe a little bit. You probably have to be stoned to make it work.
 
echoes: disc 2 with wizard of oz. theres an alarm on one of the songs, and thats the girls alarm in the movie, and other crazy sounds that somehow go with the movie. awesome
 
yes its true. You can actually get it as a special feature on some wizard of oz dvds. Its called "the dark side of oz". we watched it during frosh week with a room full of kids who were just wasted. It was an awesome time.
 
ya it does. in my history of rock and roll class the teacher synced it all up together and it goes together jsut not as well as i thought it would
 
yeah, I felt the same way. there were some changes in the album that matched perfectly with cuts in the film, but mostly it was just the overall mood of the music that matched diffrent sections of the moving still photos.
 
Turner Classic Movies (which is a cable movie channel if you're not familiar) actually played the movie with Dark Side of the Moon in the background. Needless to say it was really sweet. My friend recorded it. Only thing is they made it so you could still hear the dialoge a little.
 
Yeah, its really cool, alot of the things fit really really well but other things don't really go that well.

But yeah, when I did it, i started on the 3rd lion roar before the movie starts.
