volvos rock! well...the older ones mostly...but the newer ones are alright. At one point my family had 4 volvos. Now its down to 1...but still.

swede's make killer cars! I would prefer a saab over sedan over a volvo sedan, but I would prefer a volvo wagon over a saab wagon. if I had the money I would get the v70type R and the 9-3X AWD when it comes out!

My 84 volvo wagon is awesome. The power windows just gave out, and last week we discovered that a cable under the hood was completely gone and was smoking. Lets hope it lasts

I sport a green '96 850 wagon. I liked my families old 240 wagon but we sold that and our 850 sedan. So now I'm the sole Volvo owner in our family.

i don't have one but my friend does, its like a 87 wagon dubbed the 'golden nugget', over 100thousand miles and he just left today to drive it 3400miles cross country

mine starts shaking when you hit 80, liike really really shaking. and the muffler is all fucked up so it sounds like a rice rocket and its dubbed 'White Lightning' do to its lightning quick speed and its white coloration.

I like new volvos we have like 2001 s70 or some shit a sedan a 92 740 or something like that turbo sedan and an 88 240 GLE that no one drive and has 240,000 miles on it. I really actually do like volvos though its nice car to drive around in and shit i dont know they are cool

My best friend had an 86 240 named Vicky. Vicky died 3 months ago at 320,000 miles. She had trouble pulling away and would often start to roll back on hills even though she was automatic. The transmission was shot and so was Vicky. RIP Vicky.

Gots to love the old beaters. I test drove the S60 but wasnt too impressed with it...I am a much bigger fan of the Audi A4 quattro or the VW Passat 4Motion for all wheel drive cars. What I wouldnt give to be able to afford an Audi RS6 quattro.

Gotta love VW... my family is a VW and a 5-speed family. I have a 96 jetta and my mom has a 2000 passat station wagon. My dad broke our trend with a 2002 Pathfinder (also stick), only because he had just been in a car accident that the other guy died and he would have too if he had not have been in a SUV.

yeah we got a 1996 Vovlo wagon (and before that owned several volvo sedans) they fucking rock, everyone gives them shit but man they are powerful off the lights, they catch a lot of people by surprise.

Dad's also got a Jensen convertible, its a big piece of shit but it sounds sweet.

wasn't there some dude in the US not long ago that had an old volvo and he drove it absolutely everywhere and he reached some milestone (may have been 1000000miles/km) and they threw him a party?

 
85 volvo wagon, manual shifting, best car ever. my uncle also has two 71 volvo 1800's one a coupe and the other a sports wagon, and a 60 somthing 122 coupe, such a nice car

 
1987 Volvo 740 turbo intercooler. 350k and its still flyin up to the snow. not even a need for chains in the winter, cuz I throw rally treads on that sucker.

and its the best car on the planet for throwing stickers all over it. 3 HUGE windows in the back.. including 2 that are nearly useless = huge stickerage.
