Just finished The Last of Us 2.

One of the best games I've ever played. It lacks the intricate story-telling from the first game, but makes up for it in the environment design, insane graphics and fantastic soundtrack.

Not sure what to move on to next. What's everyone else playing right now?

I’m down. Need to grind a few guns out and hit lvl 155 on shoot the ship playlist. Battle pass is already maxed lol.

im kind of a noob so ill ahve to get good before or ill sink us both lmao, just got a controller so itll be fire

Every halo game ive played i get worse at. Halo 1 i could triple shot everybody with the pistol from across the map, halo 2 (which like you i also loved) i was good at, halo 3 i was decent. And halo4 -> i felt were too artificial looking and too detached from the element of violence and i didnt even buy them.

right now i play doom on my switch and it is just as much fun as the original halo was. Having the screen right in front of you in portable mode is awesome. As long as you dont have automatic brightness on. You need to turn that off in order to get the best visuals in portable mode. At least in doom; its just too dark in auto brightness mode. Other games might be fine with it idk i keep it in manual 100% brightness for all my games.

The whole idea of a portable system didnt appeal to me until something as powerful as switch came along. I even had a sony psp which was pretty cool but it just wasnt immersive or visually pleasing enough to keep me interested.

im really excited for the switch 2 because with the current rate of chip technology improvements it will probably be visually incredible in portable mode.

might be a while though, so if your considering buying a switch i would highly recommend it.

get the switch light For 200$. Its the same thing as the normal 300$ switch except the controllers dont detach. Its screen is slightly smaller but it has the same pixel count meaning the pixel density is even higher on the lite than on the normal switch. Probably not too noticeable tho. You cant go wrong with either.

Same issue, I'm just using my brother's PS4 right now as I'm saving up for skiing. Warzone is pretty good, can't beat the old days of Modern Warfare 1 & 2

Yeah MW2 was the game that got me into COD. I was hoping for more MW2 maps in the new MW, they added boneyard and another but all the MW2 maps are straight fire and the new ones are garbage.

worth checking out obviously? Ive been eyeing that since it came out. Im all about buying games that are sick but after they cae out lol

Haven't played in a while since moving but I was really digging the latest Ghost Recon: Breakpoint updates as well as soe other stuff. I started another playthrough with RDR2 cuz it always slaps but im on a PS4 and will eventually upgrade. Would like an xbox tbh cuz I miss playing Halo.

Great time to check out Control as all the dlc has been out for a year+ so the complete edition be cheap.

I consider it along the soulsborne vein of there was a soulsborne third person action adventure game ala uncharted/infamous

Also the only game that I read every lore entry for every collectible collected
 
Been rocking Horizon forbidden west for the last bit. Really good game. Hate that I can't play as much anymore.

i’ve excepted i will never be good at ones. i havnt been on rocket league for a while after the update, got burnt out and started playing minecraft and apex recently. but we should play sometime!

Apex is rlly fun especially grinding ranked
 
Elden Ring has been kicking my shit in but I'm having fun. The open world aspects are alright but the dungeons are better, Godrick was the first boss that really impressed me.
 
Anyone play cod warzone or sea of thieves? Tend to play those more often than other games and we always could use an extra, especially for sot. My buddy and I are usually pretty decent if we aren't utterly fucked up.

I would say Battlefield but that franchise is shit now.

Or anyone with Xbox play Rdr2 online?
