The use of shorter poles dooming us to being hunch backs?

With park poles becoming shorter every year now, half of us still use them to push off with. Are we all doomed to become hunch backs as we start to lean over more and more to push off with our poles?

i have decent sized poles for park, but ive really gotten into gorilla steeze. its just so fun

Well nobody really gets hunched until they're pushing 30, if you do you probably have some serious problems you need to deal with.

If you're spending enough time in the park with mini poles to develop a hunch, you're doing it wrong.

yea thats not even that long, its what i use for park. I broke my park poles so now i just always use my BD touring poles, park days ill have it at 100cm (40"), in the trees 105cm, and on big lines 110ish

i saw someone at this competition recently that literally had 30 cm tall poles, granted he wasnt very tall but he couldnt even touch the ground with them

Mine are around 40cm I think but they fit perfect for me where I just have to bend like an inch down to touch if I put my hands on top of the poles. This was more aimed at the kids that have poles like 30 cm.

If this isn't in someones sig within 10 minutes I'll be disappointed and shocked.
