I have done it, I have found the ultimate trampoline ski... It's the ski from a nordic track! Swear to god, all you need to do is either duct tape a pair of shoes to them or you can go the high class way and screw a pair of shoes into the wood and there you have it, the ultimate trampoline ski!

Now i just need a trampoline to test them out on.

I think it will bounce more since they are curved....

heres a tip guys form my many pairs of tramp skis: 1. soft skis lick ass, you have to use all your energy to bounce even like 4 feet off the tramp.

2. stiff skis are wicked, i got double bounced and went about 10 feet high, but then they snapped in half. so in conclusion there is no right way to make good tramp skis which will last.

snowblades are ok. its not skis but its close enough.

i like using skis on the snow. it's a pretty new concept, but i think once people try it they might actually like it...

i know the perfect way

Get those nooddles that are used for swimming made of styrofoam,

cut them to about 175cm

tape them to your feet

and get some really short poles

well here s what I did....I took a skate board and sawed it in half right down the middle, then taped, tied, and stapled it to some old shoes! I know because of the leght it's kinda like ski boards....but now I can jump high enough to do rodeo 5 saftys!!!!

i like that pool noodle idea, thats tight

i tried to tamp with 158pow airs, it sucked, you cant get high

i jump on the tramp with my wakeboard, thats cool too

but im gonna have to get some pool noodles, that will be perfect...

yeah except they are round and you would fall over

you can shape them with a knife and make them rectangular.

dont the edges screw up the tramp at all? that just sounds like a really easy way to get a nordic ski stuck through your chest to me...

I use cardboard skis that I made, reinforced with ductape to keep them from bending all that much. Then get velcro straps and put two on each...then jump with socks. Works REALLY well to practice x's and grabs...plus they are SUPER light so you don't even notice...

try your feet...its pretty fun

uhh, all of you are a bunch of wankers. can any of you think at all. useing real skis is idiotic. you cant get any air with them and they snap in half. What i did was take some card board and cut it to length and width. whatever length and width you want. mine are like 170's and as wide as dynastar concepts. then take like nine gauge wire and cut about 4-5 peices of that to the length of each ski. sandwich the wire between the cardboard and then ductape the hell out of them. tape some shoes in the center and your ready to go. this way the weight of skis is realistic, you can bounce high and when you fall the skis break instead of your legs. all in all they cost like 5 bucks to make. sorry if this is too complex for some of you dunderheads but your dueschbag ideas were pissing me off.

yeah but if you fall the wires you put in are still gonna go through the tramp wont they?

and if you would have read how to make them you would see that the wires are sandwiched between two peices of cardboard.

my bad i guess i dont share the same vision of duct tape cardboard and wires for tramp skis that you do, i just like using my feet, they work great, try it sometime..................jackass

i should try the wire b/c i justed used cardboard and dute tape and they did not hold up to good

hey tremplant ripper, go fist yourself you little taint licking bitch. and that other dude know what up. yeah i use the skis to simulate stuff more precicely. unless you use sled dogs than your feet arn't as true to what you do in the winter. slut

sorry, but are you arguing and calling names over what to put on your feet when you jump on a trampoline?

ok, just checking... that's mature.

trust me, the '' things aren't actually there

I use my snow skate on tramps. It so awesome for doing kick tricks and grabs. I guess you could use just a regular skateboard deck minus the trucks too. Go and try it, I can do so many awesome moves!

hey rob k, why the fuck are you making a big deal out of this, wtf, i made a simple comment, sorry i dont share the same opinions as you do, you better go whine to your parents about how some bad man on the internet insulted your little carboard skis idea, youre such an all-star its unbelieveable

the skate deck thing works alright...but make sure you dont land in the middle of the board...just like skating...cuz it will break

here's what I've been planning on doing. I tried it once, but I need to make them again:

I took some fairly stiff rubber tubing and cut it in half (it was like 1 meter long or so) down the length. I duct taped this to some old shoes. This way, when you bounce on the tramp they can fold up so you can still go down on the tramp, but they can't bend down cause of the curvature of the tubing. It's works great for working on grabs and spins, but not flips.

when you just tape shoes on skis and jump on a trampoline it doesnt do shit. it doesnt feel like skiing at all, its just akward and it sucks big sloppy balls.

just wear some ankle weights, then youll have to throw harder to complete the trick, like on skis, same concept with the weight difference and all

that is true, but think of it this way, dial the trick on the tramp without weight...then when you do it on skis, throw it the exact same way, because most of the time (at least for me) I am going way bigger on skis than on a tramp...unless you get double bounced or have a sick training tramp...so then it all evens itself out in the end.

ne1 ever worry about ripping their tramp? I do, so what I do is throw a blanket over it. it retains its bouncyness but never touch3es a sharp edge.
