But srsly buying a gopro is basically spending $350 on a video of yourself skiing / playing the trombone etc. ie. not worth it

Or are you just upset for some reason that you saw it already on reddit? Jealous that you didnt post it? Just trying to tell everyone that youve already seen the video?

I dunno bro,I enjoy NSG because its a place to discuss things with likeminded people, I feel like that if I want to watch funny videos/look at amusing web pages reddit is the place for that. NSG for me isn't about random content from outside, it's about the community and stuff like that.

Think about it, all of the memorable NS stuff (Chad's, Solid 7 stuff like that) is generated by NSers and that's the awesome stuff I come to NSG for, not stuff thats plastered all over the internet elsewhere.
 
when a tube is longer, it plays a lower frequency, and shorter is higher. All musical instruments are based off of this principle.
 
This, I don't mind seeing the same content but just copy and pasting something from the front page is kinda lame, not hard to come up with a original title
 
I'm an avid browser of Reddit and have no issue with reposts of stuff on here since not everyone on here will is a redditor.

Your right, if I had named it old guy mounts his gopro on his trombone then plays it that would of been way better
 
Honestly i do. I was on ns forums way before the term social media even existed and back then it wasnt about recycling bullshit for attention people on here actually engaged each other as human beings for better or worse. Obv theres no going back to that but this used to be a website for skiers first and foremost.

This is why we have NSG. If you want real ski talk and shit go to SG. I don't go on reddit so personally I like seeing shit like this.
