Does the top sheet on the afterbang come off like a skateboard?? In the video it sure sounds like and i dont want a ski that looks like the bottom of a skateboard.

really? What skateboard's "top" comes off? Nothing about your question made sense, fail from the start, sorry dude.

Hm...from what i hear there is minimal delamination and chipping, however, i fucking hate it when i chip the tail on my skateboard. Might wait a year or so and see if they are still around and then try them.

well it was a santa cruz type drawing but seriously the best way to answer your question was with those facepalms

The topsheets on the afterbang are actually made of ice so you have to leave them outside.

just wondering, why do you have to be like that? i dont understand its not necassary a simple no would have been much more helpfull

They only scratch about 2 mm from the edge, leaving the actual graphic fine. not too many darkslides going down on skis. But I enjoi the haggard look, show your scars with pride my man.

Saw a fairly well used set on the mountain yesterday. Yes, the skis had about 5-10mm of bare wood exposed on the top sheets around the edges of the sidewall.

really?? because after reading this thread, it sounds like everyone misinterpreted your initial question due some grammatical problems. I think you were saying "does the ski come off as (give the impression of) a skateboard deck graphic. Is that what you are trying to ask?

Then you must be to fucking stupid to understand the question, by does the top come of he ment the edges peel, its kind of sad that you cant even figure that out??

I interpreted the question as, on a skate board the graphic is on the bottom and when you slide rail it smears at scratches off leaving virtually no graphic just scratches and smeared paint. He was wondering if the topsheet on the a-bang would scratch and smear like the bottom of a skate board does.
