The super rich hiding up to $32 trillion offshore

What percent of your income do you give to charity or give to someone poorer than you to improve their life?

How does what I do in any way relate to this discussion? You kids really suck at not only debates but you also really suck at staying relatively close to what's being discussed. Its impossible for you jackasses to reach a reasonable and well-thought out response.

whats this say about the US tax system?

that its broken as fuck?

good for them, i wouldnt want to get raped in taxes anymore than necessary either .

After reading your posts in this thread I thought I'd just drop in here and let you know you're a fucking moron. You represent a good majority of what's wrong with America. Money does not equate to happiness, just a heads up!

you are a fucking idiot dude.

hes pointing out what is wrong with our government/country and why big companies and people do this.

My thought for this and everything else has always been, if you put more money in peoples pockets the more money they will spend. If you make it so people dont want to spend money in your country you arent going to very much. Its like if there were 2 gas stations right next to each other and one was selling gas for 20 cents cheaper. People would go to the cheaper station, sure they owner wouldnt make as much on the gas but he would probably make more than the expensive station because he would get far more customers.

This. ^^ We need some serious reform here in America. The rich get away with too many loopholes.

Romney is a great example of what is wrong with the system... He has offshore accounts, does not want to show his taxes and is against any more taxation of the rich??? WT??

Chances are he paid little tax, if any at all in 2008 and 2009? Someday we may find out.

Think about this: Lets say Romney paid under $20,000 in taxes for both years, just to put a small number out there. You would think, (if he cared about the average American), he would make some sort of statement like this; "Yes I paid pennies on the dollar in taxes in 2008 and 2009 without breaking any tax laws. This is what is wrong with our tax system....and I plan to change it. My goal is to become the highest taxed president in history when I take office. Rich people will pay more in taxes than ever before when I take office."

You would think this would be a great angle or strategy for Romney to take a run with... But he absolutely would never propose anything to tax the rich a penny more. He also would never go this obvious direction because he is so greedy. This is what is really wrong with American. Too many rich politicians.
