The Stoked Thread

Stoked on a slow friday, I'm getting paid to burn a bonfire of scrap wood and make trim for my shed on our table router.

Finally got the suby back on the road after the power steering pump adventure. I have a free 2009 corolla rental and I'm driving my 220,000 mile suby cause it's stick.
 
so, guess what tomorrow is. that's right, November. and we all know what happens in November, don't we? yep, we get the first new single from Dr. Dre since his album 2001 (which dropped in 99, for those who don't remember). sure, we've heard many of his beats since then, but we haven't heard him behind the mic doin his own shit in almost a decade. needless to say, i am verra, verra stoked.
i'm also hiiiiiiiiiiigh, so i suppose that's something to be stoked about, as well.

^I had that happen with an australian girl once, and I was... wary.

Oddly there were a lot of girls at work tonight who were down to hit on the bouncer. Maybe they were all drunker than they seemed, I dunno. One of the regulars, who's like, 50, took home a couple of girls MY age. 2 of them! And they were pretty hot, too. As were the servers. And the Canucks won. And Holly (possibly my favourite person in the world at the moment) was there. And I drank on the job. All positive things to help me through what was an extremely tiring evening.

That turned out to be less worth posting than I thought it would be when I started, but it's written already, so why waste it.
 
They are fucking you steve...but you are a low level employee so thats to be expected. I bet once you get a year in there and get to know some people that will all change.
 
It was a company-wide memo that was shot around. It's that way every year.

i went cougar hunting last night and was quite successful. i *think* i've been up since noon yesterday, but i blacked out for about 4 hours last night, so i'm not entirely sure. also, Fred threw up out my passenger window last night, but i was yelling at him to stick his head way far out (it was safe), so he didn't get any on my car.
STOKED!
unfortunately, i'm too tired to do anything tonight. hey, fuck you, too- i've been up for over 30hrs straight and partying hard.
 
had an awesome time last night, two smurfettes = too much fun. :) My friend went all out though and painted her whole face blue, i'll be sure to post some pics.

Today i went to the Ski and Snowboard Festival, scored some free shit and had a good time.

Tonight we have an art opening of some amazing revolutionary artists from Oaxaca and also a concert of some sweet bands from Portland.

Tomorrow is dia de los muertos. :)

What a crazy past few days it has been. Soo much stoke and drunkeness.

Wednesday night - Voleurz Premiere = drunkness + awesomeness

Thursday night - All ages premiere then these chicks wanted to go downtown after to party. Me and my buddy with these two chicks got soooooooo drunk, I don't even remember. But it was awesome, such a fun night.

Friday night- Me and my buddies threw a fucking rager! Holy shit, this one was huge.

The halloween party had the best turn out of cops yet for us. 9 cop cars rolled up. Impressive.
 
Will, David, Matty J (freezed) and a bunch of his friends crashed at my place last night. Wento to Rainier today. So sore. So wet. So fun.
 
Had a kick ass time skiing today, definitely got my fix in. We even found some lightish pow!

The ON3P family is so rad. I have such a great time with those guys.

hahaha crazy ass weekend that started on wednesday, i'm too tired to properly function right now and i slept with three girls this weekend, one old, 2 new, bitches love vampires
 
Went slacklining over a creek today.

There were huge salmon going up and down it, and to make it over the gravel bars they would just thrash their way across. Some where falling apart where they were swimming. My friends dog was chasing them around, got one cornered, and it swam right through his legs.

We also found a bunch of slippery benches to jib. Good stuff.

as a graduation gift for a week in March (starting on my birthday too!) on my year long trip. My friend Dave and I will have already spent several weeks backpacking throughout Thailand at this point and this will be our last week in Thailand before heading to Nepal. My girlfriend will be flying out from Colorado to meet up with us for my birthday and this week.

 
Potter Brothers swap sale this weekend. Hopefully I can get rid of these brand new pants and pick up something sweet.
