people who take karma seriously on here are fucking gay... i can't believe how many times people have said "-karma" to me as though they expect me to be affected.

i was pounding PBR's with james dewees of the get up kids/reggie and the full effect/coalesce/my chemical romance last night, i went to see the final reggie and the full effect show, it was fucking FANTASTIC!, even after 10 pbr's and wanting to pull my stomach out of my body
 
yes drew that james dewees, p fucking s, the get up kids are going to be touring this coming spring, he played mass pike for us last night as well, fucking amazing, two hour long set i was so stoked but so sad knowing that it would be the last time i see him play live under reggie and the full effect
 
I most likely am not moving to Chicago until mid January.

That means:

I'm attending the Dew Tour at Mount Snow

I get more time with the fam

I get to stay home for Christmas

I get a shit ton more time to get the logistics completed

I get 2 1/2 months of no work while getting paid

I get to spend a lot more time with the bf

I get to actually ski a bit this winter, so long as the temps drop asap

I don't have to screw with my Thanksgiving plans

Did I mention skiing so long as the temps drop?

Oh, and that Dew Tour thing at Mt Snow, and the bf =)

So much happier than last night. My 11 year old niece is pissed at me though =(
 
Im stoked that Steven Harper and Jack Layton came to their senses and will now allow the Green Party Leader Elizabeth May to participate in the tv debates (aka public outcry made them allow her in).

Scored my books for school for $70. I'm stoked cause they would run around $300 from the schools bookstore.

LONG ass day of study visits.

Come home, make yellow curry chicken and basmati rice.

And now, to relax with a Spaten Oktoberfest and watch Monty Python's Holy Grail.

I've never been to that club before, but Salomon picked a pretty sweet spot...the DJ was spinning a bit weird, but hey, everythign else was prestine.

only problem is its 400 miles away! have an appointment for it at a local shop to get it checked out on thursday (earliest they could do) so hopefully it doesn't sell before then, so i can pick it up on friday, fingers crossed!

i've spent $300 at the bar the past two nights, ended the nights blacking out (after 2am both times, so it's entirely acceptable), seen a few very good friends, and had a blast :) i'm moving soon, so it's been a great way to say goodbye to everyone. VERY stoked.
