The Stoked Thread

I went to one when I was 19, up in Canada.

I have no wish to go back to be honest. Boobs are great and all, don't get me wrong, but I felt like such a dirtbag just being there and it was expensive as all hell for any drinks.

Overall, a ripoff.

That was pretty much my take on it too. It seems like a fun thing to do for a bachelor party but that's about it. I'd feel bad if I was going to one on any given day just for a kick. It was kinda fun to sit and enjoy a beer and watch bouncing T&A though I must say.

stoked for a new pair of skis this winter and bindings too hopefully. My line reactors sucked ass and I think they'll blow up if I try and ride em again this year.

same here dude.

the strip clubs in montreal are fuckin dirty as all hell. i thought for sure that i got an std after touching the door knob of the establishmnet

My gf is semi interested, should I take her to one?? Is that just asking for trouble or what?? She has said she'd rather go to a female dancer club rather than a male dancer club.

take her if shes willing. it could be fun for the two of you. ya never know.

i would maybe scope it our prior to taking her??? not sure. the one i went to one time had the womens bathroom used as the dancers changing room. that was interesting.

I don't think it would be fun for me. It seems like she just wants to try it to see what it's all about. She doesn't get crazy hot over nudity usuall, but maybe up close and personal who knows. I feel like the initial fun would wear off quickly for her and she would just be creeped out. Not to mention she'd probably be pissed if I was staring. Watching her get a lap dance might be fun though seeing as how that might be the closest I ever get to a threesome.

C'mon dude I'm 26 and we've been together 6 years. We are well past that. Plus she doesn't really get off on that so I'm thinking the strip club fantasy is just hot to her cause she's never done it.

beleive it or not but there are "classy" strip clubs. I have probably been about 10 times in my life (mostly birthdays, bachleor party, christmas party) and there are definitely places better then others. if you are in montreal check out Wanda's, was clean, quality girls and great service in general. I've gone with a few girls and the fun seems to be more just the taboo of being there and then just having drinks socializing etc. Its like breaking into an exclusive boys club then poking through the medicine cabinet all in one.

Yeah, definitely some very classy, upscale clubs in Montreal (damned if I could remember any names or give any directions, sorry!) - a few skanky ones too, so get more beta before you go. Just be sure that you pitch it as an appetizer, not a main course. A quickie just for fun to explore something she's probably had some ideas about (and reality will usually not be as good). So keep your time there busy - the lap dance is a great idea - or a private show for just the two of you - but then get the heck out before it gets boring or creepy and head to dance club or something to work the energy.

Also be aware that every guy in the place will be staring at her - hopefully you are not the jealous type and she won't be intimidated by it. Just think of it as 'they can look, but only I can touch' and you'll feel like the luckiest man on earth and hopefully she'll take it as flattery.

chris wanda's is lacking huge!!!

we went in one night and there were only 3 girls working and they were, how you might say FUGLY!!! we decided stogies (cigar club) across the street was better.

in montreal i've never really been let down by club supersexe.

Day started off shitty but within an hour and 1/2 i went 180* around.

-Housemates all pitched in and we pwned the cleaning/organizing. shits so dope now

- started to get the hang of the bass guitar, played a bedioun song and im working on a greenday one now

- found out the house has A/c and its on fuuuuuuuuuull blast!

- grooving my face off to some tunes!

Stoked that BIg Sky just got dumped on last night and A-Basin has officially begun to run it's guns at night! So excited about this I actually ran up 5 flights of stairs today on my shitty knee! Oh it hurts so good :)

oh and im stoked that i get K2s at cost! did i already mention that? WELL I DO BISHES!!! bahahahaa

I rode my bike 12.5 miles last night with more of what I would call extreme discomfort as opposed to pain. My top speed and average speeds were both in excess of what I was able to do during the bike race I entered 3 weeks ago on a whim. I'm pretty stoked. After the ride I brought my skis into my bedroom so I see them and can lay my hands on them every day :)

(photo from last year, but I think you get the idea...)

Oops, here the photo:

was that the one for 109 and the gore tex and shit?

I was reeeeeeeeeeeeally thinking about buying it.

Man dude my Reactors have been the bomb diggity...... I've gone through 1 pair though, but to be fair those were a pre-production demo that I stripped one of the binding locks off of........ idk I'm gonna slash a 4th? mabye 3rd season on 'em this winter......

haha yea no good.

i dont have much to be stoked on at the moment. wierd people keep popping up in my life, kitty is sick, car needs to be fixed. arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Yeah. No stoke here either.

It's monday, which in itself is bad enough. I'm likely not getting my new skis now due to completely unforseen car repairs and needing to get the underbody coated to keep it from rusting, and also needing snowtires.

It's double edged, because the skis were an impulse buy that I was VERY excited about, but I didn't need them, and now I'm saving the money by spending it on things I actually do need.

So maybe I could be stoked on that?

OH!

I found something else... I JB welded my pedal to my trashed, stripped out crank, and it seems to be holding up and I can ride my bike again!(for the time being!)

I'm stoked because I did some heavy thinking last week about sending my daughter to pre-school. Mainly because I didn't want to let go so soon, as she turns 3 on Saturday. I also didn't want to send her to the local pre-school because well, it doesn't fit my standards. So I called the school in the next county over, asking if they had any openings. She called me this morning to let me know that yes, they do! And tomorrow, Hailey and I are going for a visit. I am excited, because she'll get to do more socializing. This will be good for her, as she is a shy child.

on the new jiberish line up, ooh and the rumor i heard tha abasin might open next weekend (will not divulge the source though)

Nice! I hope the commute is managable with all your other responsibilities. Definitely very important for her to learn how to share and socialize with other kids her age and it will give you some extra time with Ethan too.

sox clinched home advantage anddddddd their division this past weekend HURRAY! and patriots game tonight hurray!

haha i was waiting for you to post something. about time though right? shit i was getting scared. luckily they didnt end up doing what the mets did. i probably would have killed myself.

Hopefully you dont plan on replacing it anytime soon. JB is a pretty permanent temporary fix. I have a seized crank bolt on my bike and to replace the bearings its going to have to be drilled out by a metal shop :(

Well, the commute is not so bad. Only about 20 minutes. It all really boils down to what time she needs to be there in the morning (I have to be to work by 9:00-10 at the latest). And it's only 3 days a week. Problem will be picking her up when I'm at work.

Boy Grandma is going to be busy this winter :P

Haha, fully aware. it's an entry level hardtail that I bought to see if I wanted to get into biking more seriousl.

Problem is, I did get into biking and the bike has taken a bad beating.

The pedal loosened in a ride and stripped out and there was no way to save it basically.

I'm planning on buying a FS setup in the spring. Looking at the Gary Fisher Hi-Fi for a good XC bike that can do some moderate freeriding if need be.
