any of you try this thing out? I have, ive got a day on it, but damn the thing shreds your muscles into a beautiful loose submission. ive had problems with my right leg and muscles for a hot minute and im hoping this will ease the tightness. it also feels good where ever you roll it. i got the 19" i might get a bigger one too then u can roll it on your back.

also seems like some kind of foreplay toy too.

i put the link in there, but its a stick with handles, and little rolling things u can roll across your muscles and it forces muscles to loosen up and rolls out knots and debris
 
get a rolling pin from the dollar store...works just as good

no way would I pay that much money for a fancier version of the same exact thing
 
i got one as a gift, definitely helps with soreness. except i lost it and now i wish i had it. but yeah it's pretty legit.

i feel like a rolling pin would not be nearly as effective. the idea of the pvc seems like a good one though.
 
also it would be alot easier to coax babes into sharing a 10 minute "stick" massage instead of a 10 minute massage with a rolling pin.
 
My mom bought one of these a long time ago, I never realized how magical it was until recently though haha
 
i have like 4 of these in my house. they're pretty good, but they flex too much in certain areas. they're great in sensitive areas but bad for your back or hamstrings
