A little fun fact, African slaves were enslaved by other Africans. Then Europeans found out. They got their own. Then Europeans came to Americas. Then they brought slaves. Most blacks in America are descendants from the side of Africa not closest to the America's. Yes. Is that relevant to this discussion? No. But neither is slavery to teen pregnancy.

Can judging or joking about someone based on their geographic origin be compared to judging or joking about someone because of their race? Both seem to be circumstances of birth.

I have lived in the south my whole life and I have never MET anyone that inbred. I have met a ton of black people and a bunch of them live up to the stereotypes. I think the reason we have such a distinction between making fun of race and region is because the truth fucking hurts.
