exactly! i mean everyone deserves a chance i see like 5 yr old kids hopin on to rails like 50-50 style when i'm working and it gets me stoked since they'll be crazy when they're older.

however i got one question did you mean borders or did you mean to say boarders because snowboarders are cool too i deal with them mainly since i shred east coast and like 90% of the park is boarders
 
Guys there are real bennfits in joing the ski unit. We have the sickest cult forum on newschoolers. We just chill and talk about stuff with some cool guys and with no nobody bitching at anyone!

Hard to believe, i know.

how about instead of spending your time online making the "sickest cult forum" and trying to figure out what "newschoolers will become".....you just go out and ski? ever thought about that one?
 
come on, "joining the army of newschoolers" (who are we fighting) and "what newschoolers will become" (its kind of a website....hard for it to be something else besides a web site....) doesnt sound too vague? how about "having the sickest cult forum on NS" OOOOOOOOO imm impressed now.

"Newschooling has no boarders and no limits but we need to protect our sacred sport from negative and bitchy guys who want to destroy it." - so suddenly every snowboarder is a sworn enemy of skiing? ive got a lot friends who probably would disagree with that pretty strongly. and since when are guys "bitchy"? thats a higher level word there.

"If you are with me and the SKI UNIT movement just sign your posts forever with "memeber of the ski unit" and change the face of freestyle skiing for the better." - how will a bunch of people changing their signatures, an already useless piece of forum posts, have anything to do with anything youre trying to do? and i thought what we did was FREESKIING. thats why we have a magazine called FREESKIER. freestyle skiing is moguls and aeriels, and it is an olympic sport. and until skiing halfpipe, skiing slopestyle, or big mountain skiing is in the olympics, that will forever be freestyle skiing.

Yeah like this isn't a revolution. You want revolution? Lets see some switch3's off some 40 foot bc cliffs already. Or make a revolution in the competitions. This is just weird. Sign your posts over forever? I am a freeskier. FREE........i intend to be that way.

Right first of all we are fighting against the negitive guys and those guys who are unduely harsh to people. The thing about what newschoolers will become, we are fighting to make newschoolers a better place, so we are saying it will become a better place if everyone adopts the values of the ski unit. Like Armada ain't claiming that they are going to change skiing in to something, newschooler will still be a website but we will reform it.

We are quite clearly for change and making newschoolers a nicer place for people who need help or just want to talk.

You guys are the people we are fighting against, the type of people who try and shoot somthing down for the sake if it. It not to late for you guys, change and join us do not stay on the dark side of newschoolers
 
This is typical newschooler negativity, i have talked to this guy about boarders and explained that we were all behind having them in our cult and in the movemnt and he deliberatly tries to mislead people like this. Its guys like him who are the problem here. You may not like the ski unit but don't try to persuade others that its all bad.
 
And like I told you

The boarders have nothing to do with the boarders in your "speech". This is merely an example of something that I think could be considered a revolution. Uniting the two. Its something concrete, where what your doing is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors and internet ego.
 
You stop this sport dead. Its not all about guys doing "switch 3s off 40 foot bc cliffs", its not all about competitions.

it is about the guys and girls who ski the mountains and enjoy it. Who cares if they are good or bad. Its about enjoyment and if this film can get people to post their footage, then it is worthwhile. because it lets everyone progress their own level.
 
oh, im not saying the "ski unit" is bad. im saying its a waste of time and you're going to accomplish jack shit with your little "cult". dcrew is totally right, NS is awesome, you just have to ignore the douchebags. if you cant then you dont need your own private little forum, just do the rest of us a favor and leave.

like gotama said, you want progression, go throw a d-spin 7 off a 30 ft cliff and then we'll talk. otherwise youre just a joke
 
1)Why should there have to be "douchebags" at all. Isn't it worth while to try and make this site better?

2)And alot of the time it is all "douchebags" which means that people get abbused rather than helped.

3)We are not trying to reform "skiing" but we are trying to refom newchoolers so that skiers can talk about stuff without the unecessary baggage of riducule
 
Tell me. How are you going to get rid of all the dueschbags? Genral of what newschooler will become? OR your OVERLORD Woodland may be able to tell me your plans.
 
agreed but from what i can tell the ski unit is just a bunch of people who have had enough of the hate and want a place where they can ask questions and what not without having to worry about being hated on
