The SETH's artist

i beg to differ. from http://www.natives.co.uk/news/2002/0802/13seth.htm

A huge fan of roots punk, Morrison decided to name his signature ski after the group that rocked the world of music in the late 80's, the Sex Pistols. It is no coincidence that today's skiers are giving winter sports a whole new attitude. Morrision worked in collaboration with artist Josh Malay to ensure the graphics of the ski remained true to the punk era, portraying Morrison's autonomy and personality on and off the slopes.

ryan schimes was the first artist and a good friend of seths but then he died so seth had to find someone else and that was josh malay. i just forgot their names. thanks you two + karma

how did he die? that sucks balls
but the original seth pistol has the sickest bottoms, i've been trying to find a pair of those but nobody has them

Josh Malay was a good friend of Seth and an up and coming snowboarder. He designed the first Seth Pistols (the yellow ones, black and pink bases) as well as provided art for the second generation Seth Pistol the following year with the Union Jack base. He passed away after an accident in Spain, as noted above. I have since created Seth's graphics for his skis (4 years now) and we always include a little bit of Malay's stuff or a reference to him in there somewhere.

Malay was sick, I had a pic of him on a tree jib up in my locker in like 02/03. I never knew he did the Seth Pistols, though. RIP.

Ryan Schmies located here in Washington does most of the art work if not all. Hes pretty fuckin dope, haven't got to ski with him yet but I'm sure I will soon.

If you know the lime green seths, i think they were 05-06 seths. ont he bottom of one ski there is a zipper and the other is a pin thing. there is a connectoin with that and his friend that was killed.
