The secret to will wesson's wizardry

that seems like it would be great for sliding, but i bet you could never leave the park. also kindof brings up a durability issue cuz doesnt the edge help hold the sidewall and base together? altho i guess it wouldnt matter with the afterbangs skateborad deck sortof contruction

came out in 2001 along with the regular rossi pow airs (the skis tanner raped every comp in the ass with that year) and they had a grind plate sort of thing underfoot. i also remember line had skiboards at one point called the weapon that had a grind plate with notches haha

he debased his ski as i recall. Watch the directors cut version of the movie in the bones features of the DVD. they narrate the entire movie, and they talk about how will basically filed his base underfoot down to the wood core so that it would slide on the net.

ive been rocking no edges underfoot on my urban skis for 2 years now. its fun to take a few laps and surface swap with ease and then be squirly to the next rail and do it again.
