to all the people who say it, are you really that insecure about your sexuality that you have to clarify it when you say something with even the slightest (or nonexistent) homosexual undertones?

I think you instantly become gayer when you say no homo, because it makes you seem insecure/unsure of your fucking sexuality.

Its a phrase making fun of the fact that theres so many activities that are considered gay for no reason. Like going to see a movie with a guy friend is now gay. Or wearing bright colored clothes is now gay. Or peeing next to someone. etc.
