The right bindings

Hello NS!

i recently bought a pair of Candide 3.0's and I'm looking to get some bindings for them. I have a pair of pivots that are on my Moment Deathwishes, but i dont really like the feel pivots. on another pair I have rossignol 120 world cup demo bindings.

What I'm considering: Atomic/Salomon sth2 wtr 16 or 13. Also the axial2 120

I am 160 lbs about 5'8 and I ski mostly big mountain groomers and glades

I am open to any other binding options

Why don't you like the pivot? if its the 12 or the 14 then i understand but the 18 din is a beast. Also the pivot 18 is 12x more bulletproof than the axial or salomon sth. In your vote you could also use the marker jester but I personally do not like the release on them. The pivot should be the way to go, also make sure the brake is wide enough cuz the 3.0 is pretty fat

hopefully that helps!

also where do you ski and how much do you weigh?

I weigh about 160 give or take.I ski jay peak in vermont. I don't like my pivot 14's very much because they dont seem stable and they move around a little bit when i ski. they pre release too sometimes. I just don't want to bother putting them on my new pair of skis incase they do the same thing on them. so I'd rather just sell them and use that money towards bindings i trust more

I'm 99% sure your forward pressure is too loose. Get a shop to check it.

Your bindings are set Wrong! or your gunna be getting warranty. That shouldn't happen with any binding. Take them into the shop and get them tested and set Correctly.
