The reason i like cool clothes

i just bought some new oakley stuff, and although the money could be spent more wisely, when i look better, it makes me feel better about myself. that makes me more confident and can help my skiing alittle. im notsaying its like instant pro status, it just makes me feels better. just my thought about why so much money is spent on outerwear.

Hey man, new shit is fun, I love gettin new stuff, i got new puffy oakleys, and just chilled in my room wearin them, just out of shear glee that i got them

dude i ride at pc, and i swear like every single freeskier is sporting all out oakley, they all look exactly the same, its gay. none of them have any style what so ever cause they all look exactly the same. no joke, like there are prolly atleast 30 guys in all out this years oakley

because oakley is coool...i have an all oakley outfit...who the fuck cares? even ROTC encourages this..."if you look good, you feel good, if you feel good, you do good"...this is from a national org. it doenst really matter if its the newest shit though. as long as you are comfortable and shit, its all good bitches. and dont diss PC alone...mammoth is a fashion show and a half too. and im sure that goes along wiht almost every other major ski resort out there.

yeah, every kid up there has the red or gray link jacket, why would you want to look like every body and just blend in with the crowd, or you could look origional and stand out. I know were you are coming from feeling good about looking good but there are other brands than oakley that are just as good and most of the time are less expensive.

YES!! Whenever i pull my ski shit out for the first time of the year or get new stuff i throw it all on and just chill.

i would only wear expensive clothes if i had a chance to bang lindsay lohan. then i would take of my goodwill gear and go to jc penny's and pick up some classy haggar shit.

I'm a posing SOB who wears burton (grew up wearing it and now i always reach for it over anything else. also wea both come from VT)...I think its pretty cool or maybe theyve been telling me its cool for so long that I can't help but agree...I wouldnt say it makes me ski better but I feel damn sexy

I guess it's nice to be original. Only thing i have to say about this is, if you go out there trying to make a fashion statement, you better be able to back it up skiing. There are a few guys at my mountain that would wear suits (like business style) or like 80's one pieces. Only one of them was any good, and when the other bailed on everything, everyone just laughed at them all the time. Now if those guys were wearing something normal, people wouldn't have given it a second thought.

you know what is sick? The new burton coats that look like sport-jackets. I think I'm copping one soon, I bet they'd look iller than shit on skis.

oakley shit is def. sick, i rocked an oakley jacket and pants last year. But i agree, you have to mix it up sometimes and go for something that not everybody will have. It definitley feels good to have people recognize what you're wearing because you're the only one wearing it instead of the 1,000th person wearing it.

yeah I ski there too, Its all about the low profile outerwear thats a solid color. Its soo dumb, cuz then next year its going to be obviouse that they are wearing last years gear, and then they will go crying to there moms that they need brend new 5oo dollar gear.
