Tad Feiss from here in indiana. he was doin switch shit far before i knew it existed. and Alex norton from here.... he is so rad, a great all around skier, and has the sickest style.
Skogan was snowboarding while Plake and Hattrup and Schmitt were pointing it down the Palisades at Squaw...
No disrespect to Skogan...he is one of the most talented snow athlete out there - fck he lived across the street from me for five years at Alpine Meadows....
Nothing crazier than following him and Fiala down some mean strgt lines over rock hard avy debris...
I think plake or miller is the Godfather of Skiing, but not of our kinda skiing. For my style everything is about Morrison and Mckonkey, because they relly did create their own segment of skiing. I mean morrison has actually been around for a a really long time, back in the days of long ass straight skiis and stuff. I'd say moseley and douglas for park, park stemmed out of moguls and moseley pushed those limits.
BATTLE RIDGE PRODUCTIONS
your steeze is like the antithesis of the gangsta-tanner-gorillasteeze junk... the type of skiing that says "Fuck groomed parks and rails, rip big mountain lines and throw backflips off everything-J.D. May
The Godfather of ski is Douglas man, him and Shane Szocks have develloped mosty of what we know as new school skiing. Glen Plake is also very influential, and Den Treadway for the BC. Not to mention the eastern mogul and ballet skiers of the 70 and 60. i hate to say it but ou look where twin tips come from, just look to ballet skiing.
Matman10: Man lat you had that 7 down but you binder poped off
Laterails:Yeah i think they aren't adjusted, or it could be the fact that all that is holding them together is one of my pubes
Really? I did not know that, my dad my a ballet skier back in the day, and he still uses his Olin IV, and i was looking for the updated modern version, K2 enemys in other words.

"100 % columbian, ladies and gentlemen, disco shit"
"you think you can do this to me? You mothafuckers will be playing basketball in pelican bay, when i get finished with you. Shoe program nigga, 23 hour lockdown. Im the man up in this piece
Guys, I already told you, it's Teddy Knape. Skiing wouldn't exist if not for him. Hell, the human RACE wouldn't exist if it wasn't for Teddy. Pay your respects.
My personal major influence, was Candide, I saw him at X pipe and was suddenley tottally stoked to be a skier again. I went out bout Happy Dayz, and I was hooked to it
The smart man does not know everything, rather the smart man admits when he knows nothing.
skogen....watch an old movie like balance and youll see. his style back then is so sick. he was way inhead until he got hurt. while everyoen was hucking he was doing steezy flats and corks and shit.
