were any of you guys at this thing in aspen? It was really cool. for those of you that have been to aspen, they event took place below the stairs that lead up to the Gondola at Ajax. they just grinded the middle rail on the stairs there over and over. Dave Criton wone the $2,500 prise.

for those of you who aw the event or know who this guy is, Rory Silva (sp?) was bad ass in this event! he kept trying to do something different than all the rest. unfortunatly he keept falling. but he would just get back up and try again! If we want to progress we need to become more like this guy. I'm sure he would have made it if he went down it2 or 3 more times.

oh ya tanner hall was there and he didn't win. although he did some prutty sick shit!

yah i was there. tanner was throwing 450s off. i give lots of props to rory. haha, i fought my way to the fence and then snuck in and got some nice footage. jon, iannic b, and kristi were all also there but not competing. who was on the rossi 'pro teens'?

I got to compete in that, it was so much fun. I have been wanting to slide those for ever, and i finally did. That made my week.

 
I was on the right if you were faceing the rail. I was standing on the planter box in front of the breez rental with a bunch of other people. but when it came time for the skiing a lot of people left. I made it to the front and got some good footage. I was next to the statue of the person skiing.

yea i was there too, i was standing right behind sczocs and stuff, i was wearing a yellow and grey jacket with my hood up, afterwords i jumped the little fence barrier thang and chilled with philou for a bit, but did you all see tanners last hit when his skis clipped rory's jacket? tanner was so fucking pissed, i thought that was gay. but dave's hits were so cool, like his switch butter 270 on to 270 off, or philou's unnatural lip-slide. it was cool.

I was the kid they let in at the very last minute. They decided to let me in because I got Steele to vouch for me and talk to the guy. I wasn't even close to as good as Chriton or Tanner or most those kids, but i got to session it with them, so that was fucking sick. I was the kid who went right in front of Steele two at a time.

I filmed basically the whole thing. I can't put any of my vids on the computer untill I get a fire wire card and those are like $30 and I am fucking broke right now

yeah post some footage please. rory is amazing, just plain rips mammoths massive shit.

 
rory is going to blow up this year for sure. he straight up killed it at the huck in chuck slopestyle at june. he was throwing 450 onto this box spinning 360 on the box and 450 off, it was sick. he can do any trick in the book.
