Bitch.. Kirkwood up at Tahoe has 306" so far.. and is about to get another 8-12 tonight and tomorrow...

Basically California owns this season... We are about to beat what we got in last years "very sucky 07" in a week or so...

Man.. we are having a FANTASTIC january..

I only hope March is as good as it typically is... so we can have late season snow like in '06...

and I can get an alpine meadows or squaw late season pass and ski for 2 weeks after school is out...

Huh?

We are looking at 200+ inches of base by the end of the weekend. That's at the lodge. The summer areas up above are pushing 50 feet in the holes. Should be a good summer.

Yoo this is the report for Oregon Mountains..

its going to be an epic weekend!

4-6 feet of new snow this week. Stop and think about it. OK, now go up and shred it. There will be enough powder for everyone this weekend (and Friday). Yes, you will need your goggles, a spare pair of gloves couldn't hurt anything, but a mega-dump like this shouldn't be left to just anyone.

Here's my forecast

12" new Fri Highs 20's. Moderate winds up top

16" new Saturday. Highs 20's Strong winds up top

16" new Sunday Highs teens and 20's. Strong winds stay.

i hate all of you

at my home "hill" we have gotten 18in of natural snow this year........ they are reporting a 20 to 50in base. but thats the biggest load of BS ever
