Its true bob barker is stopping the price is right after this year. any thaughts abou it? as bad as it sounds... i'm kinda sad, that show was the best.
 
yah, but after getting into it from watching it at daycair, and growing up, its such a sweet show, bob barker is the man.
 
yeah hes awesome, as much as i liked the show, i hope no one replaces him cause it would be hard tomake that show such a success without Bobster
 
i frigging love that show and bob barker, i'm so upset, but i knew that this time would come soon. man, he's 83 and doing that show every weekday morning, what a trooper. i applaud bob barker, and will miss him dearly.
 
I expected to open this thread and find out he passed away or something,

it would have been easy to remember being halloween and all.
 
ya i expected him to be dead to but GO BOB damnnn though that show is the shit my grandma used to make me really good cream of broccoli soup and then ide just sit and watch it its like a tradition
 
I love how the show has never changed.....its when they have the showcase at the end of the show. You know one of them gets a fucking shitty ass showcase.

i think it'd be sweet if we all got together and everyone from NS baughta ticket for the show and we invaded for one show, it'd be something i'm interested in doing.
 
That show is always connected with my visits to my grandparents place when I was a young boy. I'd always sit there eating the best mac n cheese a grandma could possibly make while watching Bob on an incredibly small T.V

someone i know won on this show, took cash instead of prize and got enough money to go to school. Hes now a good firefighter due to that show.
 
sweet story, but i think it'd be sweet if everyone who could get out went on that show, and we can have a cotest of NSers
 
The Price is Right is actually being cancelled due to Bob's incessent need to have young beautiful showgirls on that show. One day things went a little south when the new girl Bob hired decided to let it be known that she was only 16, which started a trend of younger, sexier showgirls being hired. eventually anyone over the age of 19 had been replaced by under age fruitful teenagers. I guess the price Wasn't wrong when R-Kelly bought the rights to the show. That's the real reason.
 
i was pretty sure that the reason why he's not doing it anymore is because he wanted to pursue helping animal rights or something? and for some reason I just either choose not to, or just cant beleive that R kelly baught out that show.. it just seems as if its not plausible.
 
quite frankly, if they get a new guy, and he even attempts the spay and neuter your pets joke at the end, I will probably throw a brick through the TV.
