meh, I really dont see the craze. If I wanted to listen to electro/emo, I would listen to something interesting and upbeat, such as The Faint (pretty mucht eh only emo I like)

i heard it was only a one time deal which sucks cuz that is some of the dopest music around. but i've also heard that they were considering another but i dont know how they'd top the first cd anyway. if anyone knows if they are doing another one or not for sure, id love to know

there not allowed to play gigs becuz of there contracts with there major labels. its some corporate thing where there not supposed to realease there identity...but we know one of em is the dcfc lead singer. they play some killer music tho.

 
sorry i didn't read your whole post. they don't play gigs because they really arent a band. it's dcfc's singer Ben Gibbard, and Dntel's producer who's name i dont remember. the producer dude made some electronic music and sent it to gibbard so it could get vocals, gibbard sang over the stuff, the producer dude touched it up, and voila, postal service

 
i dont care they should get a dj and ben should go on tour, id go see it

TPS is so sick. They have a lot of good singles out. And I dont know about the "they arent a real band" because look at The Gorillaz. Theyve got the lead singer from Blur (2D) A janapese girl who plays the guitar for some band in japan(noodle)Del the funky homosapien (Russel)....etc etc. And theyre all part of a band and they formed their own band too.
