yeah they just said that they would close slopes on some hill near Rome so he could ski, and sometimes they would know in advance, sometimes they wouldn't.

The pope also played soccer and was a goalkeeper, but that was awhile ago.

Imagine the ns outcry if u(lateralis) were banned. There would be countless threads and petitions to bring u back, it would be like when treadway got banned from whistler. Someone would probably make and sell 'Free Lateralis' stickers and shit. -j

yeah I just watched the news and in the pope's native house(now a museum) theres a pair of skis, and the archbishop who's the head of the church right now and who was spending all his time with him was met by the pope on some ski slopes!

The pope was an awesome athlete. He was a big time skier, soccer player, hockey player and hiker in his days in Poland.

He was a great man who changed the world and will definately be missed, especially by his fellow Poles.

Maybe one day I'll rip down some big mountain with him up in heaven.
