it really pisses me off to see skiers slagging of at boarders and vice versa. i just dont get it. ive got respect for anybody on the mountain wheter they have one or two boards strapped to there feet.

Personaly I give em props for being out there and the park would probibly be non existant w/o them... But do they have to sit infront of jumps/around blind corners. They are convienient when you want a nice patch of ice and all your snow at the lodge

 
I dont dislike snowboarders, i dislike people who can barely ski that somehow wander into the park and have no idea whats going on. This one guy sat at the lip of a scoop we carved out for like 10 minutes until we finally got his attention so he could move.

yeh i agree with that. any punter is annoying be it a skier or a snowboarder and i dont know bout you guys but at my home mountain we have these kids that are in the junior race traing team whateva. and they just just ski around be arrogant little shitheads that go and cut people off and make runs down the park evry now and then but just ski thru it ova and ova not do nething.

i just dont like snowboarders that are intolerant of skiers. and skiers that are intolerant of snowboarders. and skiers that are intolerant of other skiers etc. etc.

a lot of it started from SIMS snowboarders with their skier bashing ads.

I only respect individual riders, and not what there on. A skier can be jsut as much an bitch as a snowboarder.

at my mtn there are always like 50 snowboarders sitting at the top of the park and i swear to god they stay there all day because you see them there every run

but what i hate the most are people who talk shit too you who cant back it up weather its a skier or a boarder

I hate my snowboarder freinds who are to gay to hike from the bottom of our weak little rail park to the top cuz they would rather ride all the way to the bottom of the mountain and wait in the lift line for ten minutes then ride the lift up for ten minutes. But other than that snowboarders are cool. Only the crappy ones say anything.

As I stated in the other thread, Breckenridge is soooo bad in this respect. There is like this group of local kids who follow all the latest trends and hang in the park all day and terrorize skiers or anyone they dont know. You try and talk to them and they give you like this, 'who the fuck are you?' look. I see them every year and its so funny how fuckin trendy they are....You think skiers are trendy, OMG. 2 yrs ago these kids were wearing straight black, including hair, with misfits stencils on their boards. Last year it was really baggy cargos and flouro colors. This year they are on the cutting edge once again...long hair hanging out of the sides of their hats, mismatching colors. cool.
