Alright i didnt want to have to do this, and im goin to keep on bumpin this thread until i get my money back from this f$*@, but im running out of options...i bought annon figments ($40) and fischer rius ($190) from the NS member THEPIMPESTSKIER. I paid him for the goods over 3 months ago and still have received nothing. He ignores my phones calls/his cell phone is off, he doesnt return my messages, ignores my PMs and emails. This shit is not cool! I work my fucking ass off to pay for ski gear and this is how you treat a fellow skier. Fuck off! I just wanted to let everyone know what went down so they dont get fucked like i did. Dude your not cool for scaming people...scammers are the scum of the earth. You have no idea how pissed i am!!!

Paypal won't do anything unless a dispute is opened within 45 days i believe. Sorry bout your luck, but maybe get some people to hunt him down and get ur money back....
 
what's his real name? tell us so that other people dont get ripped off by him under another ns name, and so that someone who knows him can maybe help you out if they're nice or if it was an honest mistake or something.
 
I'm guessing from his pro that he skis at loon. Maybe someone else that skis there could help you out.

if you have his phone number you can get his name and address - then march down to your local court house and file a claim in small claims ct. Then he will get a summons, either he will send you your shit, show up to ct and have to give you your money back, or since it seems likely he won't show there will be a warrant out for his arrest.
 
wrong. if its though patpal you can open at any time. but have have 20 days to solve a problem. if not, its either closed or you escalte to paypal.
 
yeah paypal after 45 days theyll just bring his rating down, but they cant refund you. I think he lives in Bow, NH or Rochester NY according to the reverse phone book, but not sure...it cost like 10 bucks to get his actual info

yeah so i thought id give you guys an update on the situation...thanx to a super chill NS member, I got his home number, spoke to his mommmy who was very dissapointed and supposedly is goin to send me my moola back...thanx dudes for all your help and ill let you know if and when my $$$ comes back
 
that's what im talking about. although there may be a lot of hate at times, the NS community comes together for a common goal
