Me and my friend did this and it is PERFECT.

Take the top off of the toilet bowl. There is a small black tube that is attached to a wide tube, when you flush water shoots out of the black tube into the big tube. That is how the bowl gets filled up. Unclip the small tube from the big tube and put the tube pointing out towards the person going to the bathroom. Replace the lid so that the tube stays in place. The tube is only pointing out a little so it is very unnoticeable. When the person flushes the get sprayed with like 3 gallons of water. It is perfect. Its funny as shit when it happens to people. I do it to the toilets before I go into the showers so I get to hear what happens.

who the hell cares, it makes it funny! And it's actually clean water I suppose then since its what fills up the bowl. Funny stuff
 
hahaha thats a good one. but here this. eat something that will make your shit really liquidy. then take a shit in the tank. when you flush the toilet, your shit and the water will come out through the holes uynder the rim of the toilet bowl filling the bowl with nasty filth. this works best at parties when someone needs to puke and they flush
 
another good prank is to leave a note on room mates door saying "dear roommate, I have peed on 3 items that you are sure to touch throughout the course of today, enjoy!"

or just completely re arrange their room so when they come home they don't know what the fuck is going on
 
A kid at my work did this to our toilets constantly it actually sprays pretty far on some toilets, cant tell u the countless amount of customers that walked out of the bathroom pissed becuz of soaked pants!!
 
definitely stole that from homewreckers

try filling a manilla folder up with shaving cream and then stick the open end under someones door.. then stomp on the folder...

try filling a waste basket 3/4full and leanin it against someones door.. they open in so the basket falls and water water everywhere..

try tying doors across from each other together with rope. then no one can get out.

knock on someones door with a peephole and shine an lcd bright lite in it..

stack beer cans to the ceiling in someones doorway..

(this one is just fun)

wet down the hall with laundry detergent and water.. hallway slip and slide..
 
someone did taht with duct tape to my room and the room across the hall, the kid across the hall gets up earlier than I do and he's a pretty ripped guy and he just ripped through the tape by opening the door, it sounded like my door was almost pulled off the hinges.
 
i think i need to do something like that around here. My res there is never anything interesting goin on, it sucsk
