the AFC East is very weak this year... the patriots will make the playoffs. once they get there, it's a matter of winning 4 games, of which brady is certainly capable. just wait until january.

comparing how many superbowls a QB wins in his career is not a good way to compare them. Tom Brady has been on good teams Payton Manning hasn't until this year.

Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson have both won more superbowls than Dan Marino but you would be retarded to say that they are better QBs than Marino.

the colts can score touchdowns basically whenever they want, and that's the way they played in the past. but that style would keep their defence on the field and they would tire out.

their game has changed so much since last season. notice in the first half of last nights game the time of posession. they would get over half with a few passes, then run, run, run..

I mean, they only punted the ball once.

So now they can score when they want, but don't. They control the whole game. And when they have to play defence, the defence is well rested.

Undefeated season is coming up.
 
im gonna have to say peyton manning is one of the best qb's out there today ... and i guarantee in a tough situation he could pull his team out of it, he is pretty solid i mean give him credit he calls all of his own plays
 
everyone who is saying that peyton is a big game quarterback is dead wrong, ask anyone who actually knows shit, just because he threw a lot of touchdown passes and called his own plays doesnt mean hes a good big game quarterback, he still hasnt even been to the super bowl, until hes won a super bowl he still wont be considered a big game quarterback, the playoffs is what its all about, not just how big his name is and how many toughdown passes hes thrown, im not even a patriots fan, im just telling it like it is

the colts will win the superbowl this year. the defense is actually decent and manning is still a pimp at QB. they are going to win this year unless someting real bad happens.

thats really one of the dumbest things i have ever seen. tom brady is a very good quarterback: he can throw all over the field, very accurately, he is always cool in the pocket, he can scramble when he needs to in order to let a play develop and he is a hard core competitor. granted, in past yrs he has had the benefit of a stellar defense, but that doesnt mean hes a bad QB. look at Big Ben in pitt and D. Mcnabb in philly and u'll c the same situation there. a super bowl team must be a team, not just some guy who can call plays at the line.

last time i checked PM threw a pick in that game and in the first half(when it mattered) t.brady had a nearly perfect passer rating.

the colts really arent that good and i still believe that last yrs patriots would have dominated that "defense" all over the field, while at the same time the old defense would have forced the mordern peyton to make plenty of mistakes. im sry to burst ur bubble, but they just arent that good.

i am a pats fan but i do agree manning is better then brady, but its very close, manning however gets a lot more attention and brady gets barely any

the pats every year have suffered from countless injuries, last year, at one point or another, every single pat player started a game, now theres some coaching

u say manning hasnt been on a good team till this year, are u joking me? the colts have been so good the past few years, the pats have been good, but were set back from all the injuries but still managed to win

the pats have more injuries this year and on defense is where they suffer the most, but with bruschi back they have a chance, as some1 else said, the afc east is weak and they will win and go to the playoffs, colts will also go, i predict another pats colts showdown right b4 the superbowl, just cause they are 4-4 dont count that pats out from winning this year
 
i agree, if the pats havnt suffered from so many injuries on d, it woulda been a better game last night, they didnt sack manning once and the pats are usually good on d
 
the problem with the pats this year is the running game. they cant run the ball this year because of corey dillion being hurt. the colts will not go undefeated this year, they are not that good. i dont think that they are as good as the steelers last year, who lost to the pats in the AFC championship. the pats will make the playoffs because their schedule gets alot easier now, and because even at 4-4 they are still at the top and the most dominant team in the division. teh pats will make the playoffs and the colts will not win the super bowl.
