Who were the people that started newschool skiing? I know JP Auclair, Vincent Dorion, JF Cusson, and Mike Douglas. Shane Szocs was involved with it as well, right?

 
well theres people in the 70s, 80s and early 90s that have all been doing flips and spins, which evolved into what jp and mike d and all them did, so i dont think you can really give credit to someone for it. its a movement, a revolution, and everyone who is part of it makes their own contribution in some way.

Plake did his 'hot dogging' back in the day. I also read somewhere that way back in the day, when shane was just a little kid, his dad did some pretty sick shit. But like, what was posted above, it was a movement, then finally someone started throwing different grabs, ect, ect. Everyone always tried to jump off shit to show off, some did more insane stuff than others. Pretty obvious
