The Olympics

Engand will have trouble following this, but we will be happy, i think englanbd will introduce MTB to the olympics, purely because the british are ok at it.

As somebody said above, it's a government facade. The opening ceremony was pretty sweet, but they spent a pissload of money to make it happen. If you think China as a whole is like that... well... go there.

my bad for double post but did anyone see the mens beach volley ball game? when delhausser and rogers lost? i couldnt believe that, such a big upset
 
did anyone else see the gymnastics...there was a grouop of girls they were obviously from Asia(i dont want to make a mistake about their exact country)...some of them looked 12

I really wanna watch the swimming events. I've been pretty into swimming lately and I watched womens 400m free relay yesterday and it was unbelievable. Each 50m sprint was done in less than 25 seconds. That is fuckin FAST. My 50m sprints are around 30 seconds and it's unbelievable thinking about how fast these swimmers are
 
Shooting has been around a lot longer than halfpipe skiing.

I have a few questions though. What is that handball shit? Why are they thinking about taking baseball and softball out? Why isn't golf an Olympic sport?

men's 400 free relay just got a WR in prelims. nathan adrian from the big bad state of washington has a world record.
 
Put fucking fencing on besides 2am. That is one of the only things Im watching the Olympics for and its like pulling fucking teeth trying to watch it. Im even recording all of it, and I cant find a fucking second of it on my shit that recorded. Damn Im bitter. American woman raped saber too, is that enough to put it on now?
 
Good thing I have DTV so when I go to either CNBC or USA I just press that stupid little red button that pulls up trivia, medal count and a whole schedule with times for each televised event. I win.
 
Handball is a dope sport, it's fun to play. Softball and baseball ARE out, they're not just thinking about it. And they obviously won't allow gold because of all the steroid abuse in the sport.

Also, I hate woman's gymnastics. It's horrible how they over-train and all that.
