The official summer edit contest!!!

Whoever sends the edit in will receive the prizes, and it is up to them to give it out to the other people in the edit.
 
I already said it, you'll send it to me. And then I will post all of the edits in the cult with judges only. And then after we establish the winners, I'll make a thread with links to all of the edits and announce the winners.
 
dude its about the fun that you have doing it, I dont need a free tee-shirt to go out and have fun making a clip of my friends and I.

Also if you are at a camp do water ramps count? and how about a urban you did at camp?
 
Haha you want company's to throw out pairs of skis for a contest like this? It's a contest for fun, and if you don't like the prizes then don't enter it.

And also, WATER CAMPS DO NOT COUNT UNDER THE CAMPS EDIT, because it would be too hard to judge against the real camps edits.
 
i am not denying that it would be fun to do. just suggesting that if you up the prizes there will be more insentive for better edits. Hell im still going to do it despite the prizes.
 
you should make a seperate category for water rams that would be cool. Just a suggestion though
 
No, because it would be too hard to judge urban and backyard vs. just urban or just backyard.

trampolineing is to alike to have a division in this dude.... thinka bou tit you can only really do so many things on a trampoline it would be everyone doing similar things and they would all be boring as fuck to watch srry but i disagree with that idea
 
i vote that there should be a random summer activity section of the contest, like wakeboarding or trampoline or skating, but it is focused more on the edit and not on the skill. i know a few of the judges are in the movie maker cult so they know their shiiit about film and such. just an idea, whos with me?
 
i think the its up to the judges but it will end up being a combination of all 3, it seems that the best skiers tend to have the best edits anyways
 
It is going to be a combination of everything, skills, editing, and just overall vibe of the edit.

The edits have to be atleast 1 minute, and I can't see them going over 5 minutes. Like 2-3 minutes is best probably.
 
so uh... those of us not in the money for camps... and not under the influence of "urbaning"... could i just do park at hood and random hiking sessions? and call it "camp"?
