Eh....If you have a fruit flavor shisha you can use fruit juice instead and it adds to the flavor.

i never really noticed much a difference, but i'm sure it depends on the flavor of shisha and juice flavor. it always made mine sticky and gross, even if i rinsed it out well immediately after.

i ended up having to run the glass base through the dish washer. haha
