My parents are loaded, but i have to pay for shit myself ie: Car, CDs, Computer, Speakers, Radio, Xbox, Games, Insurance. I think the only thing im not paying for is College.

I was just making fun of the kid who posted 'the official what summer camp are you going to' thread. No one cares. I'm not jealouse, I'm still headed to Hood for a week this summer it's only going to cost me like $150 though not $1,500 like all those camps.

how are u going 2 hood 4 150? plain ticksets alone should b more than that......my snowboarder friend will be working as a digger 4 1 of the camps up at hood this year. he's not getting paid, but he gets free lodging and tickets 2 hood

i know alot of kids that work hard all summer and winter to go to camp man, dont give me this rich parents thing, my parents arent rich but i save all my work money, lunch money, moneuy for school stufff, money for fun, it all goes into my piggy bank becuase me and my brother are treating ourselves to camp next summer...... its not like there getting a free ride, camp is awsome and people work hard to get there......

i just got back from whistler where theres actually snow not some shitty as glacier snow in june. camps are a waste a money, though it would be sweet

why would it be stupid for someone to post a thread regarding what camps people are going to? It's definitely a valid question. And if you're talking about 'rich bitches', well it's all a matter of degree. Some would (rightly) say those that have the priviledge of a computer and internet access are well off.

If u live in Africa and are lucky enough to take a shower twice a week,then the kids that get to eat twice a week will call u rich.

i know some people like that, there usefull when it comes to mouching stuff like food or lacrosse gear.

and having to pay for all your own stuff (like i do) can be a good thing, it teaches you to respect your stuff, cause you know if you mes it up your not going to get another one handed to you

Well unfortunately I'm putting myself through college RS4 and not trying to take out an loans in the process so that I can be debt free when I'm all done. That doesn't leave much extra cash. As for my 150 dollar trip. I live within a 7 hour drive of Hood. Tickets are like 35 dollars and I can sleep on the ground for free. My Cousin lives in Portland so I eat for free.
