NOT the Lange f7, they have horrible liners. They don't get tight enough, so your heel slides up and down. They're heavy, and uncomfortable. That's why I'm getting Soft boots.

best boot i had was the nordica beast boot. it was wide which was good for my foot, and it was comfortable

 
i think 2 year old salomon verse boots with 2 straps and a pull thing and yeah so soft so comfortable more people should have them.

diablo boots suck. stiff as hell, don't ever buy them. however, i am currently sporting ladies performa 2.0(i think) salomens which mould to your feet... ahhh heaven

Vicous means the Dabello Krypton which i also like. super adjustable everything from the flex to the under the liner footbed can be changed.

yeah i really want to demo the kryptons. they get alot of hype...but oh well i love what i have.

um actaully alot of times you want a stiff boot, unless your a park rat and cant ski worth shit. but yea, all mountain, its nice to have a stiff boot.....you newb

 
no shit. soft boots are played. its all about a mid flex high performance boot.

i have a soft boot. very soft. i ski park regulary, but out west in the bowls they are fine. you just have to put more pressure onto them to get the results you want. but unless you are a complete pussy, it isnt exactly hard.

yeah i ski backcountry and deep stuff and i find it nicer to ride a comfier boot, diablo dig into you and have a large lack of padding...

i just wonder why they didnt catch on besides with us. they;re the closest thing to snowboard boots ive ever felt.

Lange CRL 80 FR

My review from December:

These are the best boots I have ever ridden. They have a nice, forgiving flex, and they are incredible for jibbing. They have padded insoles and a shock absorber under the heel. Unlike old Lange boots, you don't need feet shaped like popsicle sticks to fit. The new "medium" last accomodates a wide range of foot types. Also, they are very light. I read one review that said they were like Ferraris for your feet. That reviewer was absolutley right. Every component on these boots works perfectly (the buckles, even when torqued way down, open as easily as a car door.) BUY THESE BOOTS.

P.S. If you are on the heavier side, go for the Comp 120 FRs. Basically the same boot with a stiffer flex (i.e. more like a race flex.)

no i'm not just goin off what the new 1080 boots look like, the new boots are supposed to somehow make hard impacts softer on your shins....they are really expensive though

Riachle/Kneissl Flexon, its a huge shame that there not making them any more. But Im totally sold and how amazing these boots and the system is.

The best boot is the one that fits YOU best. Its been said so many times... Seriously, boots are boots...

That being said, my favourites, and the ones that have never ever given me shin or toe bang are the Lange Banshee 110.

its true tho, u can buy a good boot but if u dont get ur liner molder and a footbed then its just like any other boot that fits.
