Trying to get the word out to all the incoming freshman at MSU...

We're hosting the "Come Find Us" World Premiere on September 2nd at the Emerson Cultural Center in downtown Bozeman. That is the first Thursday of the school year so I just want to make sure everyone is in the know!

Tickets are available at World Boards and Chalet Sports. There's a 21+ after party at the Zebra as well as a 18+ after party next door at Colonel Blacks. Hope to see you all there! Hit me up with any questions.

I am in a three bedroom apartment with six other people...called east julia martin...hopefully its only for a few days I would rather be in Langford than that shit.

What? that is graduate housing, and they definitely wont let you shove more than 3 people in there, I used to work there, its awful.

I have no idea thats what it says on my application online...but it is prolly only for a few days while they find me a real room to stay in.

ive gotten multiple emails from them talking about how full the dorms are this year. im guessing they are cramming people in wherever they can.

when i was a freshman at the uofm a few years back they had a real bad problem like this. i never stayed in the dorms, ( thank god) but i had multiple, multiple friends who were stuck in basements of dorms for over 3 months. one of the basements was real bad like 13 dudes living ina tiny space with no windows and one bathroom. hopefully msu has a better system for fixing this shit for your sake.

im safe for sure. i got my housing in real early.

ryan you can crash in my room sometimes if you want, since i have a dub as a single

Yah I got boned because I had to turn mine in late...sucks but hopefully they get this shit figured out because I don't wanna live with 6 guys in a 3 bedroom place.

Dude this is actually kinda dumb. My freshman year there were tons of empty rooms. What they will probably end up doing is sticking you with people who had requested a double as a single, which will make them automatically hate you. Good luck!

Email from reslife...woohooo temp housing with 6 other people!

Due to a larger than expected amount of housing applications, we have more students living with us than we have permanent housing assignments. You have been placed in a temporary space until a permanent room becomes available. The information included here contains your temporary housing assignment.

East Julia Martin

EJM 103 C

A few important notes as you move into your temporary room assignment:

- Residence Halls open on Wednesday, August 25th at 9 am. You are welcome to move into your space anytime between Wednesday, August 25th and Sunday, August 29th. Please report to North Hedges front desk to check into your space. The front desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

- Students in temporary housing will have residence life staff available to them including Resident Advisors, Program Assistants, Family Graduate Housing staff, and Resident Directors. Additionally, depending on your temporary housing assignment, you will be living with 1 or 2 roommates and/or 3-6 suitemates during this period.

Well until you get a real dorm room, you have: your own bathroom, a large living space, free laundry, and a kitchen. You will also not have RAs around. BUT you will have to walk farther for food and classes.

Of course if you do get a dorm, you will have to move again, during the school year.

Good Luck!

Haha thanks man...I am sure the Graduate housing is pretty dope but living with 6 other people for a week is gonna be crazy lol
