The NS karma system is stupid.

Depends on how you define each, i'd say im both. I like to film, but i also love to ski. I don't ski to be filmed or anything though, just for fun. I used to try to put together videos and such but now i film others and put together stuff for them. I think a good way to show it is, i skied 80 days last year, and filmed about 6-7 days. Thats my ratio of skier to camera man.

haha welcome back. i filmed so much last year because of injuries. mine is probably like 80 : 15

I think the karma system should be ditched completly, and anyone who is concerned about another member should look to their feedback. This would take away complications that karma produces, stop people from asking for help with "+k" for your reward, and plus feedback is simple. You write if you like or dislike the person, wether they are a good buyer seller, wether they ripped you off or not and so on, so others can see the persons "history" in dealings. Someone doing business with that person can see plain and simple how that person conducts themselves over this website, not some confusing number that goes up when you post stuff and goes down when someone gets mad at you. anybody agree, disagree, or have more ideas about feedback and such?

I read your post and I agree that: 1) Somebody should not be able to have a really low rating and a ton of karma and 2) People make too big of a deal out of it and are throwing "+k" all over the place. Such as "+k for bumps" in the BST forum. its stupid.

But its hard to take you seriously when you said you had an account with a 1-2 user rating that got banned and now you have a new account with shit for karma. What kind of fucktarded things have you been doing on here?

You have some good points but I think you should just watch what you say more often and think before lashing out at people.
