The next up and comer?

It's not every season that you meet a skier that makes you wonder whether they can make it big, but there is a new lady on the scene and I am fortunate enough to be her coach.

This is her first year in the park and only her second year skiing.

she has a thirst for success in this sport that I have rarely come across and a resilience that makes you wonder if it's even possible to break her spirit.

We've been doing a bit of filming and review this year so I put together a quick edit from yesterday of her "taking it easy"

Claiming "next up and comer" would probably include:

a) spinning the opposite direction

b) spinning > 360

Oh, and being under 10 years old and doing the above helps too. See Exhibit A:

lol a go pro? I mean it's nothing crazy fancy but I wasn't going to drop 5k on a hobby - sadly I'm an adult who pays bills and doesn't have mommy and daddy sending me to colorado for spring break with their credit card and my fake ID so that I can do tweaked safety 180s and call them method grabs

It's not like I said she's the next kelly sildaru. an up and comer is someone who shows potential to be successful in a particular field. key word "potential"

but are you actually trying to compare the season edit of an already sponsored skier (whose parents have her on the hill 100+ days every year) to an hour of filming a woman (who has less than 100 days on skis in her life)?

Well you are on newschoolers, where we have arguably the highest standards for park skiing anywhere
