2007 Winter X Games XI2007 Winter X Games XIJanuary 25-28 2007

Aspen, Colorado

The 11th annual, free-to-the-public, winter action sports competition features more than 230 athletes from across the globe competing for medals and prize money in the following sports: Moto X, Ski, Snowboard, and Snowmobile.

GEM returns as the Sport Organizers for all of the skiing events once again, which will include Skier-X, Slopestyle, Superpipe. Duties include course design, athlete selection and competition execution. GEM will also be assiting with the Boarder-X competitions.

Winter X was voted the top priority event by pro riders, as published in Transworld Snowboarding Magazine (11/04)

Television: Winter XI Eleven will feature live telecasts of competitions. Following the success of Winter X nine and Winter X ten, a consistent telecast schedule has been established and the event and telecast dates coincide completely.

ESPN, ESPN2, and ABC will feature 15 hours of original live programming January 25 - 28.

tanner hall is goin to kill superpipe, but dumont has a good chance, and jon will bet 3rd, again.
 
richard permin is my freind and he's going to be big this year

he was fourth at the freestyle.ch and 2nd at the big air in stokolm at the beginning of the season
 
There is still more to come.

I believe there's 5 more slopestyle (plus 2 alternates) and 4 more for pipe. (also plus 2 alternates)

How much did Fischer pay to get AJ Burton and Permin in there? I've never seen permin ski, but Burton I have. He's good, no question, but I can think of a couple other names in there first...maybe he'll be a sleeper.

I don't know man, this is kind of scaring me! I hope they did not forget him. Even though he was injured, he was completly focusing on the USO and the XGames.
