it looks like a cool car but it doesnt sem that much different from the golf to me, i dont get why they would have 2 compact hatchbacks like that

Yeah, it's not really the rabbit, they just used the name again.

they dont have two golfs...there is a rabbit and a GTI. Rabbit comes in 4 doors, and tdi or 2.5 4 cylinder...GTI comes in 2.0T FSI turbo and two doors...multiple trim levels seperate the two in addittion. This is not new. Whether it is called a golf or a rabbit there has always been a seperate GTI model from whatever the base model vw hathback platform is.
