is blue the new neon green of outerwear?

at my local hill over 70% of the skiers were in blue.... includeing myself.

Just a thought to ponder
 
interesting theory, up until last year i hadn't seen many people in the bright blue other than those wearing that colby west suit. this year volcom and some other companies have added it to their line but neon green is still out there.
 
its for sure the new color. either light or dark or some other variation of blue, its the new color
 
of course... its oakley, so everybody and their mom will leach on to it so quickly, so this season, everybody is going to have the blue shit, and the ugly ass tiger camo shit (or whatever the fuck it is).

if they change their colors next year, well, the process continues.

also, last year the anti-freeze crowbars were hot shit. but this year its all about those blue fade crowbars.
 
Ive rocked blue for a few years now. It looks dope so i guess thats why so many people are catching on. Im not going to change what i like though just to be different, I still like the look of blue
 
yeah, blue this year green last year. I still don't have either. everyone gets it so why bother trying to look original when you won't be..
 
yeah, i deffinately wear like dark green, brown, and gray.. but i just buy what i like and what's in my relatively low price range and i have to work my ass off to get it.
 
you cant go wrong with solid colors, blue, yellow, green, whatever. i bought new stuff cuz i needed new shit. but blue seems to be out there alot.
 
i call volcom FLOURESCENT PINK next year i was at the store the other day and i saw the volcom pink and man was that blinding
 
i got a pair of bonfire arc pants in blue they are freakin sweet, went up to the hill the other day and was like, shocked with how many people were wearing blue, i got them cuz i thought they looked sweet, but i guess thats this years color...it will probably be either pink or orange next year.
 
i got the oakley In the Crevasse jacket in ozone blue because blue is my favorite color and i needed new ski gear this year
 
i must be out of date then coz i got some puffys in antifreeze besides too many people have been ranting and raving about the ozone i dunno
 
i got last years bullet with green and some brown pants and like it. then i got a black jacket and some blue pants too. i guess i just follow the crowd.
 
hey fuckheads, just wear what YOU think looks cool, then you'll always be satisfied with what you have. dont worry about what the latest 'colors' and 'trends' are cause they'll just end next season and you'll have to spend another 1000$ to buy a new suit so you can look 'supercool' but if your that fuckin stupid than go ahead. I have a olive green oakley suit that i've had for 2 and a half years now and people still come up to me and say 'sick get-up dood' and i say 'thanks' cause thats what you say when someone compliments you.
 
blue is going to be cool for a few more years because its not quite as eye catching as antifreeze and therefore won't be played out so fast.

also next years oakley shit has a lot of blue too, so it looks like the trend is here to stay for a little while.
