I dont really think there is a smartest. Not in skiing, not in the world. There is so many different types of smart. Stephen Hawking may be able to calculate the drift velocity of any electron or whatnot, but I bet he can't fix a tractor. Albeit, he is a very smart man nonetheless. And for saying this I declare myself the smartest man in skiing, and in the world.
