who's the most famous person from your town

for mine it's probably Raymond Collishaw, the fighter pilot who probably shot down more planes than the baron but didn't say so cuz he wasn't a claimer.
 
Arnold Schwartzeneger(sp?) used to have a vacation home where I live. Does that count?

Eric Hjorleifson used to live here. Chris Rubens was my buddies neighbour. But he moved to revelstoke.
 
Lots of great athletes here in Colorado! Haha, Appolo Anton Ohnoh (sp?), the gold medalist works at the Home Depot on Academy and Woodmen.
 
lets see, from my home town...the former fatest man in the world, there's david guterson author of snow falling on cedars, paul brainard lives there (i worked on his yard, haha), and Chris Kattan. im a pretty big deal as well.
 
I know Steele Spence shreaded some urban really close to my house..Its the part in shangai six when the security guy is talkin to him..You know "can I kick it"..yea thats walking distance from my house but i couldnt imagine slaying that myslef..

also i belive so pro boarders like mitch reed live in Denver..

I'm not sure, salt lake has to be the home for some other famous people than players on the Utah Jazz.
 
Hahaah, are you fuckin kiddin me? - I think there are no famus people in a circle of 200 km around my place... The only one, that you might know is Patrick Hollaus (team Line), he is basicly my neighbour.
 
Andy Van Slyke and Mark Lemke (be wicked jealous). There was also a girl who competed in the X Games in 06 for Boarder X but I forget her name.
 
Mario Lemieux...Guy Lafleur.....Leonard Cohen....Mordecai Richler....ummmm thats all i can think of but im sure theres more....
 
Country singer Paul Brandt. We've got a couple hockey players in the WHL one got drafted 2nd round by Tampa Bay.

And last week a kid in my school got drafted 2nd overall in the WHL draft so he'll most likely be in the NHL.

michelle williams of destinys child (went to my high school)

world class mountaineer ed viesturs (first american to climb all the 8000 meter peaks- and he did it without bottled oxygen)

also the rockford peaches, of "a league of their own" fame. the lady who madonna played used to work at a donut shop i would go to with my dad as a kid. her name was dotty, so they called her madotty

oh, and me. im pretty famous
 
Pat Monahan the lead singer is from Erie, Pa but im not sure where the other members are from. Ohh and his son is a little rich shit that livesof his dad's money

Jim Pattison, 6th richest man in Canada, was born in Saskatoon, but has been living in West Vancouver for probably the last 40-50 years, so probably him. Lots of other fairly famous people live here or have homes here, but I definitely wouldn't say they are from here. Paul Kariya grew up in North Vancouver, on the other side of the river.
