This is under appreciated but was actually a huge development in my skiing. Knowing I could go from 60 to 0 in an instant opened up a world of possibility on the slopes.

Gotta be when I finally learned to hockey stop when I was like 8. Complete game changer, took me a solid season to finally realize how to do it and completely became obsessed with skiing after that.
