Did you guys see that one hole, I think it was the 13th? Tiger put some extreme backspin on the sucker and it came back thirty feet. Can you say eagle?
 
who saw that one put where he aimed like 15 feet from the hole and banked it off of a wall and put it in.
 
Yea, he isn't playing like shit. He's playing really quite good. Have you even seen Augusta National? The greens are like glass. Shit, even the rough is like glass. Augusta is one of the hardest golf courses in the world. No wonder it's ranked number nine.

he won the 2005 masters at augusta and he was 12 under par, now at the 2007 masters he's +3. hes playing like shit along with the rest of the field
 
It doesn't matter what he shot two years ago. Everyone has been staying in the same frame. The course plays differently every year, and you can count on that. Remember, it's also the coldest year so the ball plays differently.
 
not 15 strokes differently, in '97 he was 18 under par, i'll say it again, he's playing like shit this year
 
In 1997, it was 70 degrees out. Right now it is 56 degrees out. The ball is hard and the ground is hard. Have you ever played golf in cold weather? I always shoot higher scores in cold weather.
 
I was eating lunch yesterday with Jerry Heard who came in second at the 1975 Masters and he said the same exact thing I had just said. Jerry can tell you what is going to happen before it happens. He knows Augusta like the back of his hand.

someone said tiger put spin on the ball and it spun back 30 feet and he eagled, nope. the ball almost stopped, but it was on a hill so it rolled down to like 6 feet from the hole
 
actually they didnt change much at Augusta this year. Actually Tiger was quoted on sportscenter saying he was arriving later this year to the masters because no major changes were made since last years masters. Not to say that the field was playing like shit. With all of the players in the initial field and the four rounds played by the players making the cut, someone was bound to have an awesome round even if it was some noname grinder on the money list. It was fucking cold out there. These guys arent perfect. It was way too cold this year.
 
Didn't you notice that the ball didn't role torwards the back of the green? Even though it was on a slope it still would have roled a little bit, but it didn't because he put spin on it. I saw him hit the shot. Did you see him hit it? Did you see his swing path? I did. Also, It rolled up really close to the pin, not 6 feet though. He made eagle.
 
go play augusta and then report back to me. its about as tough as a course gets, you can see the undulation of the greens and such way easier in high def. its just a very difficult course.
 
yes i saw it, i watched it, were you on that hole, were you at agusta? cause then you can say you saw more than i did, but otherwise, no you saw exactly what i did, which is that the ball was rolling forward, then stopped, and rolled back to near the hole.
 
Of course it had to role because of forward motion, but not that much. Did you actually see his swing path, and how crazy it looked?
 
no you are wrong. i have hit shots that have landed and just spun back without going forward. if there was spin on that ball, it was only to make it stop, but it did not cause the ball to roll backwards
 
it had spin, but the spin didnt cause it to spin backwards. the spin stopped the ball on that hill, then the ball rolled down the hill towards the hole
 
yeah, but that green is has the most slope out of any course the PGA has been on this year. still amazing though. i love golf, i just wish i was better hahah
 
That's what I meant though. I read back through my paragraph's and it sounded like he put spin on the ball and it spun backwards on the green. I meant stop and then role. Sorry. My bad.
