The mastermind is a new ALL MOUNTAIN ski, NOT the replacement invader, that spot is being filled by the AFTERBANG.

mastermind is still a price point freestyle based ski, afterbang is the invader replacement, in the fact thats its still a truly symmetrical park twin, but not at the price the invader came in at
 
the invader was probably their cheapest made park ski yet. even the anthem is way more durable. plus who wants a park ski that is 110-83-110 in my opinion that is like riding a noodle

the invaders for the past 3 years have been the most popular park skiyou probably haven't ever even skied on them, they are so much fun to butter with and do urbans and park rails.sure they aren't the best jump ski but they were never made to be one.
 
yeah its a sad moment for the people who love invaders, they are so light and so buttery. it sucks. the anthem i guess will have to do. maybe they got rid of it because it was too similar to the anthem and they wanted some diversity, and now they def have it with the new construction.
 
And what makes you think the afterbang isnt as light/soft/ or buttery as the invader? This is LINE your talking about, they wouldent just make a completely different feeling ski. Trust me i have skied them and they are more solid, more pop, butter nicer(due to the butter zone being moved towards the binding) than the invader. Dont worry they are sick as fuck
