OK so I bought The Massive from iTunes but my computer was re-imaged recently and the file was deleted off my computer. How do I redownload it. I can't find any download option for it purchase history or anything like that. I reported a problem but I know that doesn't do shit. please help. I'm no good with iTunes

once i actually had to buy a song three times before it would let me download it... fuckers

im not buying the massive again. that's $6 i don't have

i feel like this should be a built in feature to itunes..

so many kids delete all of their music and shit

LOL you actually buy music? I have a CD collection, but only of the artists I wish to support (pink floyd, dylan, hendrix, Love, etc.). It's stupid to pay for music nowadays. It's mostly crap, and they want you to pay for it? Fuck that. If the music was good enough, I'd pay, but it isn' so I won't. Just download it for free.

so you brought music that you liked, which you think is fair, but think its stupid that we buy music now a days because you dont like it? and that its stupid not to support the artists that you dont like? your post was contridicting and unreasonable

thats what i usually do but sometimes i can't find a song anywhere but iTunes. i think i've payed for 3 songs out of about 1500. but thats not the point. can anyone help me.

whats wrong with his post?

i like this music, i really enjoy them, and i want to help fund them so they make more music

he doesnt buy music that HE doesnt like, which obviously makes sense. and why would you support and artist you dont like?

i have over 10k songs in my itunes, i haven't payed for any. you think i could afford, or my parents could afford to spend 10k on music? some of the artists i have live in enormous houses, live in pure luxury, smoke weed and do stupid shit like lil wayne all day. you think i want to pay them for their music? fuck no...

I'm not against you buying your music if you like it. I buy the albums i like the most on vinyl, and that's a bigger waste of money, but don't use the "i support my favourite bands" argument on bands that gain just about 0 profit from the umpteenth kid buying their album 35 years after it came out.

I don't know about you, but every bit helps. I mostly support the Hendrix family, and I know they've been through some rough spots with jimi's estate. And I DO support my favorite bands. I'm sure if there's even 1000 kids who think this way, it makes an impact.

Waaaaaaait...

So you still have it on you iPod?

Look in the ipod_control folder (its hidden, you have to show hidden folders) on your ipod. Click on the "Music" folder. there will be a bunch of folders named from f00 to f49 or something and they all have media file with four letter names in them. This is all your music. Look through all those folders, trying to play ONLY THE FILES WITH EXTENSION .m4v until you find the massive. (all the file names are changed, so its not as simple as looking for "the massive.m4v".) Copy and paste that file back to your computer. This technique will not work unless you give me 10/10 karma (jk).
