The magic of ski films

So i bought Turbo last week and i re-watched it last night, every pretty much agrees its a sick film. but i watched the last sequence, alaska, and was awestruck. i cant put a finger on what it was...i mean im an east coast skier, a pretty bad one at that, and i usually pay more attention to the park and urban sequences...but as soon as the song started i sat up a little straighter and really watched it. something about the music with the voice overs and such a crazy backdrop like that, it got to me. this ever happened to anyone else before?

Oh for sure. I felt that way during all of Idea. I was in awe over the cinematography, skiing, and soundtrack. I think the reason that i liked it so much because it was very passionate and meaningful.

I watched Pollard's segment in Pull at least 20 times a month. THAT was a sick segment.

I watched idea at least 15 times in total.

I've watched reasons about 5 times.

I've watched hunting yeti at least 8 times.

reasons!!!!!!!!!! I can't make this more clear.

Claim is an awful excuse of a movie that "claims" to be the best movie ever.... noise, noise, noise, buy reasons and be satisfied with its documentary abilities and some awesome footty

For sure Claim sucked monkey balls. Reasons was awesome. And they have alot of ski park footage not much in the way of rails though. Andreas kills in his park segment. but reasons also has alot of bc kickers
