I am in love with the greatest girl in the world. She is beautiful, funny, caring, everything anyone could want. I got drunk and hooked up with someone else. I told her because I cannot keep anything from her. She left me, but I mean it when I say I love her and I will never been able to feel the same way about anyone. What can I do to get her back, please I need help
 
you have two options:

take up drinking, or fuck all of her friends to get back at her.
 
if you think she meant that then i dont think theres anything you can do except whats suggested above, but if you think she was just mad and you really love her then try to make it up for her.
 
i guess you didn't really love her that much since you cheated on her (even if you were drunk).

and why where you getting drunk without her?

when i clicked on this thread i thought it was titled "i love my life" needless to say i was kind of confused when i read it.
 
honestly, if my boyfriend did that to me then id give him another chance, so basically all i'm saying is that if she really loves u that much, she will give u another chance, and if she doesnt then it wasnt worth it anyway
 
Give her time... Seriously... Don't go running after her right away because that will annoy the hell out of her. Just let your actions show that you know you screwed up, but with stuff like this, only time will tell.
 
If she felt the same way for you as you do for her, then it's probably even worse for you. Love and sex aren't the same thing, you can't box people up and say "you can't do anything else with someone or I'll leave you", but I'm sure you hurt her feelings real damn hard, it's a low blow to cheat on a loved one if there's no understanding that you both could see many people.
