What ever happened to the lui Kang grab i used to love seein the phils do it and in comps now-a-days you dont see this trick. id like to see it come back again!
Older Tricks?!?! Those aren't older tricks...how about kosaks and daffy's, and Screamin' Seamen's?! And multiple variations twirters, spreds, daffy's and hellies? If memory serves me correct the guy that won Men's moguls in Salt Lake did a quad twister on the top air. The dude won with real old school tricks.
That's cool! It's just the bump skier in me that responded. I love throwing those old school tricks. Iron Cross Kosaks, double Daffy's...they're so cool. Especially in the park, cause people look at you like you've just invented something new.
yah, liu kangs can be cool, and i think that mike nicks are sweet. and japans are sick, especially in 3s, alley oop japan in the pipe, flatspins, rodeos. theyre sick, i still do em alot
im a fan of lu cains they can have style if ya make them also japan can be one of the funest grabs in the pipe besides its not about what you want to see people throwing for grabs its what you like to do.. if you wanna see them do them yourself theres no rule that says just because no one else is doing it that you cant
cossacks are the second coolest oldschool trick. this year in sunapee's big air comp i think im going to throw a double-twister cossack on my second run
for the guy who asked about tips with japans and spins. Grap aopposite japan . Spin left and grab with your left hand Get hunched over and make the grab subtle. Don't tweak
i know it's not really old, but in the start of jf's part in happy dayz, the clip from degenerates(i think) when he does the 360 left hand (indy type thing... left hand inside right ski) to right hand japan... horrible explanation but if you seen the video you know. i think that's the sickest trick ever.
